Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-7 business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is scanned by the carrier.
Packaging Standards (The “Collector Guard”):
- Single Cards: Sleeved, placed in a rigid Top-loader, and sandwiched between heavy-duty cardboard.
- Slabs (PSA/BGS): Wrapped in bubble sleeves and shipped in a crush-proof box (not a bubble mailer).
- Blind Boxes/Toys: Shipped in sturdy boxes with ample padding to prevent corner dings.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for carrier delays, but if your package is marked as “Delivered” and you haven’t received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can file an insurance claim.
