Sealed Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for sealed products (booster boxes, gift boxes, packs) once they have been opened or the factory seal has been tampered with.
Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives significantly damaged (affecting the contents), please contact us at hluo2837@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product. We will work with you to find a solution.
